I am always excited to try Mac n cheese and am usually disappointed, not at the Chop Shop! The Mac n cheese is awesome! We also tried the Big Cheese (grilled cheese) with brisket and it honestly was good. We have had better brisket, but this was very good too.The prices surprised us when we first saw them, a bit spendy but we will go back to try more, they have some unusual sides

This place was AMAZING!!! We went for the first time today and it was the best BBQ I have had in Idaho! Everything was juicy and the sides were incredible!
